We ship via USPS, ePacket, or equivalent international carriers depending on your location and availability.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. REFORMA is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
1. Email us at hello@reformawear.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you return instructions within 24-48 hours.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Final sale items are also non-returnable.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or color.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos at hello@reformawear.com. We will send a replacement at no cost.
